أعلنت مهرجانات بعلبك الدولية عن إلغاء حفل الفرقة Toto الذي كان يفترض إقامته يوم الثلاثاء 15 آب، وننشر اليكم البيان الذي وصلنا من المكتب الإعلامي للمهرجان كما هو:
"تعلن مهرجانات بعلبك الدولية عن الغاء حفل الفرقة الأسطورة TOTO الذي كان يفترض اقامتها يوم الثلاثاء 15 آب 2017 ، وذلك لأسباب صحية طارئة خارجة عن ارادة الفرقة والمهرجان .
تجدون باللغة الإنكليزية الإعتذار الرسمي كما وردنا من الفرقة نفسها:
"We are saddened to announce that, under doctor’s orders, we will be forced to cancel our show on August 15th in Lebanon. With multiple members of the band having fallen ill, including Steve Lukather and Joseph Williams, the doctor has advised that we not perform for the next week while everyone recuperates. We were eager to perform for the Lebanese public, especially at the prestigious and historical site of the Baalbeck Festival. And, while everyone expects a full recovery, we understand that the timing is disappointing for all. We trust that our fans will understand, and we sincerely hope that we will be invited back to perform in Lebanon in the future. Peace & Love, Toto".
ونحن كمهرجان، نتقدم بالإعتذار من جمهورنا الذي كان ينتظر هذا الحفل المميز، ونطلب منكم التوجه الى اقرب فرع ل Virgin Ticketing Box Office للتعويض عن بطاقاتكم المشتراة".
