ويهاجم إمينم في الأغنية حملة المرشح الجمهوري للرئاسة الأميركية دونالد ترامب.
وتتضمن الأغنية تصريحات مثيرة للجدل عن جورج زيمرمان وروبن ثيك وبوبا سباركس .
وتأتي هذه الأغنية تمهيداً لطرح إمينم ألبوم جديداً وهو الذي غاب عن الساحة لمدة 3 سنوات .
